Sorry for the delayed post Lee or is that (Rainbow Warrior) you make some good points in your post a thief telling a thief its wrong to steal the anyway water we ues are owned buy an arshl@@ who thinks its good to slap kids with his bully boy helpers throwing kids in to the water & so forth yet does not approach men who fish in the day without permission so imo he deserves everthing he gets but i do see where your coming from.
Edited to add i dont catch for profit as i dont sell any fish caught i give them
As far as the law goes taking fish(even stocked fish) from rivers is can not be charged as theift. Only trespass which is feck all and maybe if you had not a rod licence. But fair play FishFish it was only a feed not a school and those prices some people have money to burn.
See everybody, you can have a nearly sensible forum disagreement without getting too abusive and yet it still be entertaining.
I think the term is "agree to disagree" or some bollocks like that.
Wild in a Loch or river system yes there not fecking wild if some one has paid for them or paid for food to feed them. Apples is stealing yes but you dont steal a oners worth of apples or do you?
I'm back, no fish theives. Don't be a goat Backward I stole when I was on the dole when I was about eighteen I am now with job and am about 4---ish and the sweets don't count when your a nipper when sweets were a valuble comoderty.
and as for wild fish you div, Rainbows are not indiginous they are man reared and most of the Brownies in the pictures are stocked fish(payed for). But you are right about rabbits Why are you a theif as well?
Fish don't fart they squart and I have stolen petty things from major shops, once got caught nicking a packet of johnnys and some razor heads from a well known drug store well embarasing, but I don't think I have stolen something off someone maybe a sweet out of someones packet but defo not something worth any thing.
No seriously do you think its ok to steal I would like to know, where is the boundry. Fish, Garden Ornaments, Lawnmowers, Cars, Mobile Phones, Purse's, People. I personaly think if it someone elses property then it is not right.
Yes some times it does come down to money thats usually why people steel things but not for fish they do it for fun and maybe a bit of money. Or maybe it would hit more of a nerve if you gold fish where stolen for live bait or your motor stolen for burglery or your house robbed to get yer keys for yer motor and you wife punched unconcious when she tried to stop them where do YOU draw the line at theift.
I am a nice person and the problem is I just dont like people steeling other peoples property. Do you realise the price of trout, well I shall tell you. Hand graded Rainbows with good tails(and I must say the fish in your pic have good tails) start at £1.85/lb to £3.50/lb for fish over 10lbs, Browns start at £3.60/lb. So now those few fish that were taken for a kick (and I think there were 63 in your pic) are starting to add up to quite a bit of money, so yeh not so petty now is it. Sorry to pick out individuals but they are fresh in my mind and it seems like they think its OK to take fish.
I don't think Cheshire Poacher has the patent on sweet corn but his theiving mate PennymeadowWhippets might have and you still never answered my question where is the any method trout lake. And as for two cans just laying there, bollocks. Your garden is just littered with fish and probably stolen fish.
So where is the fishery that stock Browns and Rainbows and allows you to fish sweet corn(one of the Cheshire Poachers favorite baits) or was the tins in the pic for a size comparison. And if you are honest why are YOU jumping to conclusions I said "most if not all"
I dont know how many dog fights you have stopped, but a dog as big as that and if it means it kicking it will do not a lot, especially if its moving around a lot. You may infact do your own dog damage.
Best thing to do is to stop the dog shaking, choke the dog, keeping the dog under slight tension (with someone holding the other dog) untill it releases its grip and then if you feel the need to kick the fecker then kick it, with some stout foot ware or steels.
