  3. did anyone off here go today? How was it? I wanted to take a look over and might try tomorrow but my van is on it's last legs again n don't want to risk it unless it's a good show
  4. anyone know what time it kicks off? I think it's at Leehome WMC which is DL14 8HL
  5. phone the number mate forgot to ask about racing but starts at 12 ah no bother! thanks anyway, think we'll try have a look across
  6. anyone know if there's any racing here tomorrow?
  7. I dunno if there'd be enough deerhounds around these parts for a class of their own. Plenty bedlingtons though, I'm sure there's a few bedlington classes over the year at places, but then we're pretty close to bedlington
  8. Mine love a bit of terrier racing, but it makes them hysterical wild from the moment they get to ANY show because they anticipate it, whether it's on or not!
  9. B6318 is the Military road, the pub postcode off google isNE47 7AN so somewhere close to there I guess? Someone else'll prob know better
  10. In one of the other threads I got told it was near the Twice Brewed pub on the military road and probably started bout 1pm
  11. I got to agree on that. I'll be perfectly honest; I got my terrier bitch by accident. She's 4 now and she was a pet. I hadn't much clue about working dogs until about a year ago so she has only been after tailies and mice since then. My next terrier will be started out properly, becuase I've an interest in in it now but I do get a bit disheartened seeing dogs that have been bred for the 'big' shows gettin all the glory at the working shows. From what I've heard off people in the know, some of the people (not all) who are showing terriers at these working shows won't even let their dogs off a l
  12. Have you the info (venue/time) for Sat and the start time for Blanchland?
  13. oh right I was at the May one, but I thought there were a few held there over the year
  14. in terms of shows it is I suppose, I'd not fancy crawling it though Blanchland's always good, hope it is this weekend
  15. Blanchland's no where near Wingate. I'd go to the Blanchland one if it was on, not bothering with Wingate
  16. Yep I'm heading up in a bit, it's not too far from me. I've been abandoned by my side-kick though, she's been on a bender since Friday so I'll be going solo today =(
  17. was there many in the Border Terrier class? And anyone got any photos of the whole thing so I can moan a bit more bout how I couldn't go ha
  18. Hope everyone has a blindin day and that the weather holds up. Good luck everyone!
  19. the usual faces were out in force for the border class, I think some of them are a bit stuck up tbh, compared to the other terrier breeds
  20. Hi Nathan this is an old topic from last May I don't know if the show is on this year or not
