  1. Sorry can't go any lower on the price, it's in great nick all pages are perfect.
  2. What ammos that with buddy? Might try that taper myself Up to 12mm lead mate. If your tapers are too large for the ammo weight you are shooting you will lose speed. For 18mm lead I would try 23mm-18mm to 25mm-20mm. Anything over a 25mm taper I have found overkill with doubles, unless you are firing canon balls or are using an extreme taper which I wouldn't recommend due to the short band life, especially now the weathers dropped in temperature.
  3. My favourite are the Lee Precision Mould's you can get from http://www.henrykrank.com/index.php?main_page=index
  4. You can try double the size of the single doubles you are using.... However; I found when I did this that unless the catapult forks were quite wide then the bands could interfere with the ammo as it left the pouch. I was noticing terrible accuracy and noticeable marks on the rubber. You might have better luck than I did though, good luck
  5. Yes it's pretty dire only giving 2 weeks to return the faulty product! They were even blaming customers for breaking their catapults on purpose at first too. what was the defect? cracking or bits falling off? Having not seen any of the 'test results' I can't comment, but at a guess I'd say bad design and cheap quality alloy.
  6. 1/2 inch x 3/4 inch x 8 inch .070 Latex will give you similar pull and speeds to double Theraband Gold Hope that helps!

  8. It's faster for lighter ammo but like kranky says it's not as robust as thicker rubber and will tear more easily.
  9. Agreed, Roo leather is the best. It's also much lighter than cow leather.
  10. If you are making one yourself I recommend making a template first and seeing if it fits the young chaps hand. Saves making one and it being no good!
  11. The British Pest Management Manual: £ posted, essential if you are wishing to study for the RSPH/BPCA Level 2 Award in Pest Management.
  12. Good work, he looks like he's having the time of his life. I feel safer letting kids shoot arm brace catties as they have no chance of getting the forks at the wrong angle risking fork hits or injury. Tubes on black widows etc are good for kids as they are harder to undo than flats too.
  13. A paper shredder will work on thin hdpe f**k it I'll fire the thicker stuff through my mums, if it breaks it breaks! LOL, you'll be putting sticks in her microwave next. I'd avoid the shredder to be honest! But that's just me
  14. Try cutting the cartons up in a long snake, and then just snip them down into 1 cm pieces once you have a long strip.
  15. I don't see the attraction myself, I find them extremely uncomfortable to shoot and find them very outdated compared to what's available these days days. Paying top dollar for a cardboard box just seems daft?
  16. Think you mean this stuff http://www.uccoatings.com/products/anchorseal not 'wood wax.' Paraffin wax will work just as well though.
  17. What setting have you got your oven on? Is it a fan oven?
  18. There are UK suppliers but it still has to come from the US and is more pricey than TBG unfortunately.
