    Exactly, even if a dog was lucky enough to pull one the deer would soon be up and would drag the dog all over. I've seen dogs get dragged across a road by one, and this Stag was run up and down a field so wasn't fresh.

    So it was a juvenile?? We've had a young stag and plenty of hinds, the last big stag we ran the dogs didn't stand a chance and this was more than one strong bull x.

    A good mate of mine went up to buy a young dog from him and was invited out lamp in by Js and his mate.My pal reckoned they weren't to shy on letting 3or4 dogs go at a time he said he never saw a dog slipped single all night.Never understand the need to slip 3/4 dogs,, not my cup of tea. Much rather watch one dog slipped whether it catches or not.. All very well when slipping a dog on a rabbit.....

    I've been through it all mate, I used to pay by standing order until my ex wanted to play funny buggers thinking she would financially rape me. When it all got settled turned out my payment was £3 a week less, should have seen the look on the cows face when I picked my daughter up hahaha!
