Currently I'm working has a scaffolder but tbh I've had enough. Long hours, 12 days on 2 days off and flat out graft. Just met my future wife and I've got a daughter so need a job with more home time. I've just booked on to the 12D Traffic Management Course. Wondering if any lads on here have done it and what's your views on the job?

Typical idiotic F1 thinking, qualifying is one of the few things that was great about the sport. Looking like it's going to be binned for Bahrain and rightly so. Stunning pole lap by Hamilton and only 3 tenths off Vettel's pole lap record, these cars are getting seriously quick.

I've always been a fan of the sport but after driving a quick Go Kart i became a massive fanatic. The concentration and skill set required must be immense to drive those machine. The speed of the cars at Silverstone in 2010 when i went to the GP was unbelievable.

Alonso and Hamilton two of the best drivers in the sport both agree F1 is on it's last legs. The people in charge are so out of touch it's unreal. Their solutions are comical to say the least. My proposals to make it great again are. 1. At least 1000bhp. 2. Open engine category. 3. No mandatory tyre change. 4. Ground effects to enable closer racing. 5. Ban pit to car radio for everything except for pit stops and emergencies. 6. Points for qualifying. 7. More gravel traps and less run off. 8. Cheaper ticket prices.

I dont know much about Formula 1 i just have a fascination with fast cars......but do you not think a true test of driving skill that would create a far more interesting race would be for every car to be identical in terms of both performance and the way they are set up or is that simplifying it too much ?......ok i know the money generated from different teams creates different budgets etc but in terms of pure race driving i would imagine even go karting is probably more competetive.....no ? But if a spec series was introduced then that possibly wouldn't paint the full picture of who's the be

We are going to Protaras, after a talk about it I think we are going to go Half Board. It's around £200 cheaper per person, we prefer the beach to the pool but saying that the hotel Constantinos the Great Beach Hotel is right on the sea front.

Just like to add something, I was also caught on the same night. I blew over the limit in the police car but passed the test back at the station. If I told you what I drank and passed the test you wouldn't believe me.

Thinking of going to Cyprus in July with my girlfriend but not sure wether to go All Inclusive, Half Board or Self Catering. Never been to Cyprus and never gone All Inclusive either, what do you reckon Ladies and Gentlemen?
