you know mate your right bud it is so rewarding with a RECOILING rifle lol !!!! i am turning slowly back to playing with my springers theres just something, like you say, rewarding. when you pull the trigger. Funny what kids come out with, Was with my lad the other day shooting, he only has opensights on his gun so was talking to him about getting him a scope, he replied yee cool. i then mentioned if you find this okay i might see about a pcp for you in the future. he stopped shooting and looked at me and said yee dad that would be great. He then paused and said but dad wouldnt that be a bit borring hitting the target all the time. :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: :laugh: i thought bless him I looked at him and wanted to burst out laughing thinking how clever he was to come out

hiya guys! Took my lad shooting tonight at club again and my girlfriend decided to tag along to see what it was like after watching us take a few shots at targets on 10m range my lad asked zoe if she wanted a go she said no but could tell she did really my lad passed her the air gun and was showing her how to hold it properly bless him!!!! she watched us shoot some more then i loaded up and passed her the gun she took a shot and liked it f**k me didnt see the gun after that ha ha 2nd and 3rd shot she actually got the black 70 and not bad seeing as she never done it before !! between her and

Hi Tony nice to see you back bud how was the weekend ??? i dont think i have that copy of AirGun world but i will have a look. I have been thinking to the questions of zorroing on such a large scope but to be honest i really dont think that an extra 20mm on the lens from a standard 60mm would make much difference to the zerroing of the scope but there again i might be wrong. It might be a case of such a scope size will have to be fitted to a fac to be able to zerro the rifle in at a longer distance something i dont have a the minuet. I think the weight might be a problem on such a scope.

you might be right actually i might run out of adjusment to be honest that is one question i hadnt thought off. i was thinking of putting it on my RWS 500 maybe. that 10-50 x 60 is a nice scope and i think they have been on the market a good while didnt BSA make them. i would love something that is a one off with a huge difference if its possible and at what price hoping they get back to me this week, its just a waiting game now. if the lenses are made of good quality and are ground to a high quality then im hoping it would give the edge on light gathering with a superb image who knows ?

F--------k me mate sounds just like the same kid i had trouble with he told me he hadnt posted me scope mounts as he was at a family funeral after numerus calls and letters i still dint get them he also told me he had well his wife had posted the mounts on a tuesday but he only said the tuesday because i asked if it was yeasterday meaning tuesday after a long pause and a HUUUU AND A OW YEE he said yee tuesday Hence still Waiting for them nearly 4 months down the line

I did have my wonders about the quality from a chinese company to be honest the bloke said that you could get a decent deal from a chinese company but i still had my doubts. As to the quality. you are probably right lads large is not always the best as for quality is and the lenses are the most important aspect of the scope. depending on what i get back in terms of price i will ask for a further price as to better quality lenses HOPEFULLY if this is possible. I have asked for a lense size of 80mm with a side wheel zoom 30mm tube i think i asked for will have to check tho, 3-24 mag illum

Listen to these guys bud for f---------k sake throw that rifle in the bin mate buy your self a second hand well known make bud, your quarry at the end of the day deserve better mate. i have a hatsan bud and for the money is a fantastic rifle and new is about £115 or there abouts and well popular if your on a budget Good Luck mate openseason -
Hi Simon ye mate i have thought about that bud to be honest but with a bit of engineering skill from a mates mate if he is willing to make some mounts im hoping it will work. i have just emailed a company to see if they make scopes to order as in a one off with a spec that i might want so will see what happens openseason

hi bud im interested in a large lens bigger than what you can buy on the market or at least i think you can just curious to be honest if its possible to have made to your own spec and how much it would cost

Hi i was told by a gunshop dealer a few years ago that it was possible to have a scope made to order especially from the manufactures in china, would any one agree this is true and be able to point me in the right direction as to who and if so where would you go to see about them. cheers folks ive searched the internet but this threw my head into termoil gave me a massive head ache and i gave up looking so any help would be much apprerciated, He also told me that depending on the quality of the lenses you wanted you could get some good deals openseason
