    thank you all for your kind words its andys wife tonya, he is on the mend though still in pain and having nightmares about the attack so the nights are long and seem to have extra hours in them! but we will get there, there was a van seen in the vicinity which was parked up and empty at the time that a villager noticed and it has been reported to the police with a quite good description of the assailants and there lurchers. the villiagers are on high alert and if they come back to edmundbyre they will be found and apprehended. to leave a man for dead for the sake of £20 and a £40 pair of bino
