get out with some guys with permission before getting any stinkers and try getting some permission yourself ask loads of questions on here and get out knocking on farmers doors.bloody hard these days though. have a look on you tube and stuff like that to see how people set up nets and long nets etc speak to people about dispatching rabbits before your faced with a squerming bunny tangled in a net hence getting out with experienced guys. happy hunting

i had this on some of my permission too my hobs are still young gona send them out with experienced jill might give them right idea. with rabbits not as plentyful as years gone by there are people out there that will come onto your permission that you had the bollox to go and ask for and take them all. on a lighter note happy hunting

nice hoods mate really well made i'd loove to have a go and make some. you been in the game long? has your bird taken a peacock i only ask because traditionally they use to decorate hoods with the whatever the bird caught first? i am after some experience and mentoring i noticed your mersyside based would you be interested in an apprentice? been in to it for a long time mate ,regarding hood making i dont make them anymore due to my back issue and not being able to sit that long ,if u want me to help u out in marking hood thats not a problem but u will need a set of hood blocks and ur looki

hello little bit of advice required how can i get my dog to go deeper into cover hes keen when he can smell something and will enter but not deep enough. as for the breed before anyone asks hes a labradoodle breed from labrador gun dog and a working poodle retriever i ve seen both theses dogs work and pretty good but my dog thinks hes a lurcher and makes good runs on rabbits and birds and is keen on entering cover i would like to use him for falconary eventually hes 3 years old and not long started to work him but he is super keen here is a lttle pic of my hunting partner "http

i had the same thing happen with my hobs left rabbit in for about 12hrs didnt touch it so i took there biscuit out left it couple more hours went to check on them and they where ripping it to bits there eat it when there hungry instinct will take over
