Hi all Gonna get my hob done but my vet wants £70 all in for the job. He knows what he's doing with ferts as he's hunted with them for years and has given me loads of good info,so I'm more than happy for him to do the job but seems pricey. How much have you guys and gals paid for this op,I'm based in west Sussex we seem to get raped by the vets down here price wise!!! Lol

You'd be surprised mate yes i would be surprised , they maybe get the odd rabbit once in a while but a full blood staffie catching rabbits consistently on the lamp i would have to see that to believe it atb Haha seeing is believing I suppose. -

These haven't seen a set yet but I looked everywhere for them,3 albinos I thought I'd have seen one but that hob was over to me in a flash big jess lol The little Jill was a different story but there's buries all round me in the fields so I guess I'm lucky there young and unworked.

I go lamping with a lad who lamps a staffy, she's keen as mustard,runs the beam faithfully but suits small paddocks only it's great fun and keeps the dog fit. I tried mine but she's useless lol but a cracking busher and has a great nose. Good luck to you mate. Stabs your dog looks tip top pal.

Cheers mate,pretty sure it was a fox as the dogs went nuts in the night and we've got a couple of bigguns cruising about but not for long. I've put them in the spare hutch up high til the weekend while I fox proof the hutch but I'm hoping to build a ferret court whilst I've got some time off at Xmas so that'll stop any other attempts by Charlie. Just utterly amazed they came back honestly thought they'd be off if not eaten,does this normally happen after the initial freedom bid???

Hi all Haven't posted in her for a while and didn't think I was going to after tues night. I got 3 of this years kits who Ive been getting to know with the dogs and things are going well(I think)just waiting to buy some collars to complete my little set up before I go out with them on a few small sets I've been saving for them. Well that was never gonna happen when I woke up on Wednesday morning let the dogs out to find the bottom hutch door had been pushed in and no ferts!!! Shit I thought as I got my lamp out to franticlly search for them but realistically I live in the middle of nowhe

Yeah it's better than nowt but vet said they could still catch it so opted out and used benilyin 5ml 2x aday for a week. It's annually I think,if you kennel your dogs if you go away most now ask for proof of the jab.

Just gotta tell everyone to ignore him while barking and praise/fuss when he's quiet. Anything attention you give him regardless wether good or bad while hes barking is attention,which is what he's looking for imo.

Not my biz why you got him but hope he's ok. no probs mate hunterside has had to pack in dogs for a while ive known him for a fair few years so ive taken him on as a favour you no a friend in need and all that bollocks lol he's helped me a few times.
