    Docs have been round this morning and they are happy with her progress and they sayd she should be home by Wednesday Just like to add im so proud of her for fighting this horrible disease every one says she is her dads daughter and yes she is but i think id of given up she is a fighter and strong not only in strength but in mind too a fighter to the core .     So so sorry to hear this Iain i know what its like to lose a grandson not in the same context as you and yours mine was only 24 days old but the pain is more or less the same Dillon would of been 11 two weeks ago i was asked if i wanted to hold him two days before he passed but i sayd ill hold him when he comes home , Its some thing i regret and will for the rest of my life .     Clean the barrel then lead it back up with the 52,s rezmond it should be ok with them after that im using 52,s in the crown as i did in all my rifles and there spot on just saying like as you do not trying to rub it in by the way but if it work with what you use then jobs a good un atvbjimmy

    Thanks lads means alot rfb me and my son inlaw were just talking the other day in the family room on the ward about the surgeons he go,s to work dose an op like this go,s home and has his tea a cupa or a drink and watches tv and dose not think how he has changed some ones life its just a job to him there worth there wait in gold and then some and i cant praise the freeman hospital enough lads the nurses and the doctors are second to none so help full and caring. atvbjimmy

    I love my crown rfb and its a su8b 12 iv not had a rifle under 12 that can shoot out to 100+yrds with ease iv been offered a night out with pav and im going to use his fac crown iv a feeling ill not want to pick mine back up lol just wish they made slugs for sub 12 but as Mitch says they need higher power to shoot them accurately atvbjimmy

    Thats the first coat of tru oil on her this will sink into the stock and act as a base coat for the rest of the coats to sit on atvbjimmy

    Big day for her on friday Phil they have brought the op forward mate she had a scan Monday and they have found some thing else im pleased Del gave me this to sort out for him iv not had much sleep over the last two or three weeks mate its given me some thing to do to take my mind off it atvbjimmy

    Stripped the stock back and finished the blueing just smoothed the stock off .

    Done the blueing on the chamber removed all the rust and applied the blueing im happy with the way it came out still a little to do to the action tape and die the new threads do the barrel again re,blue the cocking arm get new screws for the stock then the action is done and the hard work starts STRIPPING THE STOCK LOL atvbjimmy

    Did that awful mark the grub screw made filled it in with a chemical putty that once mixed together hardens like steel then sanded it back and put som blueing on it needs a little bit more putty on and sanded back smooth but its getting there lol atvbjimmy
