I would run on fox at about 15 month but that's just me as that age would give him time to mature and get strong enough atb good luck

I've just been talking to a lad who knows my mate he has 5 Merle lurchers I really like the look of them I haven't seen many has any body got one I would like to see some pics if possible as I think they are stunning

Yeah - I've got a tip - don't run it on foxes at 8 months old as it will get its 'f****n-c**t' kicked in mate. Nothing surer! 100%

By the way I would like to report that last night my pup 8month old jumped his first fence it's about 4ft I think he was very cautious at first wouldn't even consider trying him on barbed wire yet gona do more fence work then ordinary wire then the barbed wire

J Dog - not being picky mate but you posted the text below at 4.18pm today and it appears that your dog is jumping - yet tonight you're asking for advice regarding getting your dog to jump? Didn't you post this - "Lol let the dog have a go over fence see what happens my pup is skimming but when it comes to the barbed wire the dog knows that there ain't much room to plant feed on it so he clears it. I went on that blackdog trading and there is s deal for £10 for 5 collars and slip gear and fittings that can't be right it's seems too good

We I payed £600 for mine it is 12 ft long/ 4ft wide 5ft tall it has a separate sleeping compartment had it for three years and still looks brand new arrived and was build by the delivery men within an hour already weather treated and all standard componamts are included. My pup is 8 month I diddnt start to train him till about 6 month . He will jump things but they are not that high do you think I should try him on a fence or should I wait till he is older when I take him near a fence he just stands up against it. Lol Any advice lads
