Im thinking of selling my s410 - right handed in excellent condition, last chrono'd at 11.2 using rws superdomes, It's in .22 complete with camo gun bag, swivels fitted for sling, Im only selling as I need a left handed version, so im only selling the gun - no scopes etc included, complete with 1 mag, first to view should buy it, I would accept £400 for the gun & would swap or do a deal on a left hand version of the s410 - or an ambi stock of the same quality / value. photo's will be uploaded later, face to face would be best, but I would post if need be at buyers cost.

I'll do anything I can to help people out. I went round to Seans yesterday evening and sorted his rifle for him. Firstly I chronoed it using superdomes, 11.2ftlbs average so all fine there, I then aligned the scopes properly as the crosshairs weren't aligned causing him to cant the rifle. Also he's a lefty using a right handed S400 which wasn't ideal but using a sponge and some tape I fashione

Makes you wonder why people put things for sale, then don't bother doing a deal ! I offered full asking price delivered as the seller had £165 ono, no other intrest yet still up for sale ! I do not require this gun now as I have bought elsewhere, Im a bit disappointed that we did not have a deal, as it would have been hassle free, condition was not important. Regards VIZ

What time of day are you going out matey? Good tips already given though - a shame you're not a couple of hundred miles closer! Cheers Duncan Hi, time varys for going out, normally go out about 7.30 - 8.00 pm, and have a look around, stay out until dark, 11 ish, got a lamp now so going try pure darkness / first light etc.

Thanks for the replys, some good tips coming my way, im thinking an early morning, before sunrise, laying & waiting on the clever sods, I will let you all know how I get on, on my next ventre out, it does knock your neck in when you go out expecting a good night & wander around all night looking for a shot, a least im managing to shoot a few woodies to keep my intrest, I will just have to keep trying, keep the tips coming, cheers Viz

I always get rerady at home before setting off to my permission, as for parking, I park up & walk the 1/2 mile to the location im having problems on, I will have to try a late night - early morning to see if the lamp does the trick, as for the land being overworked, im yet to see another shooter about when im there, but that's not saying there's no one about late - early morning etc, The rabbits days are numbered, im going to make it my mission to bag them, via pellet or snare, Viz
