  6. Very nice gun indeed, I have 1 on my wish list ! Top quality bit of kit, I think you may have to change your scope mounts for a higher set, as you may struggle to zero in at distance.

  13. Problem solved ! I would like to say a big thank you for all the help & advice given to me via forum for this problem - The scope mounts were at fault as advised - I have now changed the mounts on my scorpion se - to a 1 piece set up for a 13mm dovetail & put many a pellet through the se to make sure everything is as it should be - Excellent advice has now advanced my shooting at the distances that I require - anywhere from 15 yards to 45 yards the pellets are now flying in a perfect vertical line, I went to my permission last night & set targets out @ 20yds & 30yds - bang on p

Looks like a trip to the gun dealers tomorrow, I will let you know how I get on, A big thank you, your advice has been very helpful indeed. Regards Sean.
  15. Thanks for your reply bill, I must say the scopes do look fairly good, but I will try it , just to rule it out, lets hope it's as simple as it sounds. Thanks for the compliment on the gun - Im well impressed with it, I just need to sort this problem out. Regards Sean
  16. Hi all, I have recently changed my air rifle from a aas410 , to the new bsa scorpion se .22 - I have noticed over distance that the pellets seem to be going offline of my target, im aware that a .22 pellet propells from the barrel in a arc like flight, am I wrong in thinking that the arc should only be in the up - down projection ? As when im setting my zero for hunting at 30yds putting pellet on pellet at 30yrd - then if I try to find my point of aim on say 20yrd there is a lot of sidewards differance on the point of inpact, the same goes for say 40yrds - no only the up - down but sidewards
