Thanks for the replies folks. Dog was a the vets yesterday,shes coming on fine. Next week, all going well, she should get the cast off. Took her out this morning. She was mad for the mice in the long grass. Stevie -

Years ago, when i was training my whippetx i used to take her to a hill nearby. There were several pairs of hares that had their territory on and around the hill. These hares got so used to my pup chasing them, that im possitive they ended playing with her. They would wait till the last minute to run, then they would run kicking their legs in the air. That didn't last long,lol. I have also witnessed a "coven". In scotland the folklore says that hares are the soul of witches. One morning i saw at least 30 hares in the one field.

Cheers Witton :thumbs-up: I will post some pics (before and after) as soon as i can. The vet said "wait and see" but she didn't need pins or plates so thats a good thing. As for the breed. This is my first bullx and i have to say i am chuffed to bits with her, just hope this doesn't affect the leg too much. thanks again Stevie -

hi guys n gals. Just after christmas there my 7 month old saluki/greyxbull/grey had an argument with a car.(the car won). She broke front right her leg just below the knee. The vet fixed her up for the small fee of 350 quid. She is an intelligent ,game dog and i would love her to get back to her best. I feed her a mainly raw diet but should i suppliment this with anything else while she is recovering? What kind of excersise should i give her and how much? Any other advice and comments are very welcome. thanks
