  12. probably not what you are after but i have collie x whippet x saluki x whippet it's made 26" a bitch it is a powerful dog well made a bit huffey but after some issues when she was a pup wouldn't change/swap for out else can only imagine the greyhound cross being bigger but the same temprement i know lads 26" they must have been big whippets that's what i thought i seen the mother 22" and the father 23 1/2" when i bought her so it must have been all the good stuff i fed her on the wife got a shock at the size of her but that's life go for it millybot

  17. hello lads looking for a couple of ferrets/ polecats getting back into the game had them for years when younger prefer smaller type but cant be that choosie at this time of the year i'm in bedlington good home given i know the game never ever lost one millybot
  18. getting back into lamping i have dug my coleman 4oo out whats the crack with them zenon bulbs are they brighter do they use less battery than halogen and how many lumens =candle power what does everybody use now i'm obvoisly not young anymore by the questions but help me out lads with a few suggestions thanks millybot
  19. first lamp a sealed beam unit off a mini car battery in a st steel case with a seat belt bolted on to carry it around the local golf course was like a searchlight then we got a bit better with a bit of waste pipe stuck on and blacked out to make the beam smaller and the dredded motor bike battery/acid jeans bursting like the hulk circa 1983 i think i those were the days i remember them well millybot
  20. yes i carry a catty everywhere the way i look at it a shot is better than no shot plus the dog cant catch pigeons/pheasants up trees like you when it hears the crack of the catty she's on her toes well worth carrying on you because you never know when a shot is on millybot
  21. had one of these just after they came out i could hit anything up to 50 paces very accurate the 19. 70 shots per charge great rifle sold it bought it back sold it bought an air arms didn,t like it swapped it for a lathe then later bought a falcon fn12 same gun but smaller nothing fancy but does the job millybot
  22. well pleased things are going well, took your advice on my saluki cross was doing my head in not coming to recall and just generally being naughty switched tactics plenty of love treats now comes back and gets a lead on most times retrieves back ok so at 7 months i think i,m getting there looking forward to winter coming will post some photo,s millybot
  23. just bought a pump you lot must be unfit it was easy peasy to fill the fn12 and a 2ltr air bottle so no trips to get air for me millybot
