the weather was quite windy last night so about 9pm i desided to have a look out with the lamp i got ready and headed out about 9.30pm i desided to go to one of my bits of permission about 30 mins drive from where i live i was going on my own tonight as my mate who i had asked to go had to be up at 4am for work. i arrived at my permission at about 10pm and headed over the first bit of land that the farmer owns theres always a couple of rabbits on this part anyway i headed off up the hill and reached the top theres normally a couple sitting out at the top but there was nothing it was nt till i

i havent had really big bags of rabbits my biggest was 28 a good few years ago theres not to many rabbits round where i live so i struggle to get big bags of rabbits i went to a place i used to go a few years ago the other week that used to hold a few bunnys and it was dead the farmer said that mixy had been over and he hadnt seen rabbits there for a couple of years so i need to have a look about and try to find some new spots to ferret now. atb pal -

for weeks my 6 year old nephew has been asking to come ferreting with me i take his older brother with me when i go on the weekends but my 6 yr old nephew goes to his dads on the weekends so we've had to wait till the school holidays to go out so we arranged to go out today so he stayed at mine last night and we were up at 6.45am and out by 8am my daughter and my other nephew also came with us we headed for a place a couple of miles from my house where recently iv been getting a few desent bags of rabbits from anyway we got to the first set netted up and entered the ferret but there was nothin

iv seen him box he's not bad he just needs change his entrance walk as he copies his dads walk when he used to enter the ring but other than that he'll be one to keep an eye on in the future atb

i was out a couple of weeks ago and bolted a baby rabbit iv only seen the one so far but there must be more about atb
