  1. ta! Tommy we will have to meet up your way when the season gets going
  2. who cares what he runs - he is a troll and a cock and ought to be told to F.O.
  3. they are all looking mighty fine. In that first pic from left to right are: Rooster, Inka, Lady, Finn and Rufus.
  4. So good to see them all dicking around together
  5. Had a lovely little stroll out this afternoon with Long Dog. He brought over a couple of pups from this litter - Finn and Lady. Webby brought over Rufus and we took along the mama Inka and Rooster. Cracking to see them all together and all looking in great form. 8 months old next week. Thanks Long Dog - until the next time!
  6. my old man has one - he lives in spain - they are incredibly agile - love killing cats and are good at running on sharp rock, yes they can be noisy but they are fearless and the noise helps find them in thick scrub
  7. "all the other animals that come come and go as they please". Cats, dogs, alpacas, wild boar, deer and rats. right take each in turn. TB in domestic dogs and cats is tiny. Alpacas are generally fenced into small paddocks and not nosing round dairy farms late at night. Wild boar - in the FoD yes they roam but then there aren't many dairies in that neck of the woods. deer = heavily controlled. rats - not known to travel vast distances and although they might act as vectors I should imagine that TB would kill them before they get too far. If you want us to recognise your argument you need to
  8. Hutch you raise some interesting points and clearly have your mind made up. I am undecided whether it will work but for the sake of our cattle industry we need to try something. Deer travel a long way and are known carriers but the population growth of badgers here in Gloucestershire where I live is unreal. MOST (all but 1 over a large area) of my farming friends have had TB, reactors, culls of their cattle over the last few years and it is no coincidence that the badgers are now on land they didn't used to be on. I think a census is needed as no-one knows how many there are and at the tru
  9. hiya - he is looking stunning - I might be biased but look at his shape - he is lovely - I hope he does you proud for years to come.
  10. thanks for the comments folks - they are starting to take shape now!
  11. These pups are just shy of 26tts.
  12. Rufus and Rooster out and about...just 7 months.
  13. he´s looking absolutley stunning! And yes defo up for a meet up in the back end of year - give you a chance to see inka run too.
  14. Well - i we are seeing more hares this year than for years and years - i think it might have something to do with the wet spring last year meant that the silage wasn't cut until later so the leverets survived better. I though that the bad winter might have nobbled them but we are seeing more boxing and moving around than for years and years. It bodes well for the back end of the year.
  15. Good to hear its coming on well - was wondering about that pup earlier.
  16. Damn right. They are getting starting to get some co-ordination now and hellfire when they pull on the lead you know about it! What i find amazing is that Rufus has identical markings to Rooster but the fuzz makes him look quite different.
