I lost some last week, new owners didnt want me on their land, so fair enough, i buggered offf, shame really, held quite a few bunnies , so yesterday on my travels, i gained myself some new, after searching high and low for the farmer, he asked what dogs i had, told him just the whippet, ok he says, so there you go, permission granted, i had a quick butchers, it will do for me, varied terrain, i wasnt on long. id been on my feet for nearly 5 hours

Im not here to preach to anyone, but dont forget to keep your animals cool, plenty of fresh water, ive been changing mine on the hour, its baking here. ive had my ferrets running loose in the shade, sprayed em with cool water. along with the dog, hope my message is took well

i spend more time on my arse these days Davey, ive come some croppers out in them fields, 2002, i was shimmying a woooden gate and the blooddy thing collapsed underneath me, a shard of wood went straight through my leg, 3 doctors at my local surgery worked on my right leg, the pulse in my foot had stopped, and my leg swelled twice its size, ive a 6 inch scar to prove it. even my balls turned black
