done all the mad things you do then settled down and had kids.they are my pride and joy and love every single minute i spend out with the mrs and kids.have great holidays in the motorhome in lovely rural places and spend all winter following hounds with the kids.work long hours in a factory which i hate but it keeps us going.dont worry about money as long as the bills are paid i dont give a f**k.so no ,i have no regrets . adore my dogs as well so why have regrets.
i always think that high profile jockeys should show more support for field sports, because without hunting they would not have horses to ride under rules.they are on telly every week so the ideal place to publicise field sports.
just got in from work,12 hour shift and had 3 calls that all me mates have had a great day out with hounds.put rugger on ,had a few cans and the boys have cheered me up.swing low.off all week so hopefully out 4 5 days with hounds, fingers crossed.
had a keeper a few weeks back stop us digging after fox was marked to ground.he was new on the estate and told us that his boss did not like digging.the earth was right near a release pen.still cannot get my head around this .
great read mate.sounds like you think the world of the little chap.keep at it and enjoy.best feeling in the world when its your own dog that you can hear below you.
had arun in with him last year.turned up at one of our meets with minkhounds.his terriers were all over the shop.told him to couple them up or f**k off.he got a bit pissed off.as for hunt terriermen, some are messers but there are some very decent ones as well, depends on who you hunt with i suppose.
need to take it to a vets and get written proof from them that it is a road kill.when it is stuffed it needs to be logged and numbered i think.hope this helps.
pissing down and blowing a gale in the middle.all the land near us is under water.weve got river severn one side and the river teme the other.this means we get all the water coming out of wales.f*****g crap for getting out.
we used to set night lines when was kids to catch eels.piece of fishing line with either a live or dead bait and 2 treble hooks.one in mouth and one half way down.also used to put eel baskets out with me mate who lived at the lock house.always worked.
my lad is 6 and daughter is 9.they would come out every day if they could.daughter especially does not miss a day out with me,she comes digging, lamping and loves our foxhounds and minkhounds.she is up at 4 in morning in autumn helping out at kennells.they are both very clued up and i can trust them both100%.they have seen a lot of things that you could not tell peopla about but they would never say a thing too anyone.i just love seeing them get stuck in when we are out and they also give the antis plenty of stick.proud of them both.
never going too grow up.im too happy at the kids level.must be the company i keep from time too time makes me feel young.38 in 3 weeks time,2 years and im an old man.
