    ...and they became popular in the States because of that film. The pure gene pool was tiny after WW2: I heard they added husky to widen the gene pool, though it is officially denied. The Picardy lurchers certainly like to run..and run......and run In all seriousness, they are quite driven dogs with great temperaments, though not overly fond of strangers. My OH's big male is a very good guard dog and although heavily built he can snap up rabbits no problem. Tough as old boots and the majority seem to have a willingness to tackle most jobs. penny not wrong there mine as put 10 years

    go on the patchway site mate .very good chance its on there .a lot of stolen dogs are taken onto that site .contact doe of this site .she will help you a great deal .a word of advice ,dont trust travellers liason officers on that site in bristol The site we found they go is the one at woodlands by bradley stoke most of the dogs was picked up from there in recent years hope you fined the dog fella will keep an eye out any photos of the dog would be useful .     i work my dogs all year round got lots of permission and have to keep the farmers / keepers happy ground permitted also let face it the weather seems better for it in the summer months than the winter at the mo. ATB long dog

    hi all looking to buy a second lamp My lazerlight cant handle the large fields i hunt, cant make my mined up to witch one to by Blitz 240 or a tracer 210 they look simler what the differnace and Qualty between the two. ATB long dog

    i disagree will alot of people on hear i had bull breeds all my life and the kid must of done some thing for the dog to lunged at the child i had this happen once the child was blowwing at the dog they are very stong headed dogs just be care full who you sell it to hope you find a suitable owner.
