  2. Had a look at the jsr sight at the scopes , don't really now what I'm looking at , don't want to spend to much , there are a few on there in the 30 quid mark , would some one mind having a look at the site and giving a suggestion as to which scope my money will be best spent on ? Thanks

  4. I've done well then , he told me 25 but I give 30 lol. Any ideas what a local gun shop is Likly to charge to test the power ? Will have a look at them scopes now Hopefully get a few bits and bobs to feed the ferrets
  5. This is it , I now you can't really see the condition but that's it any way, the barrel looks straight and the inside of the barrel looks good to , no rust nice and shiny and can see the rifle in it clearly , may need to get some new scopes tho
  6. Is a weihrauch HW95 well if all els fails I'll take a trip down local gun shop for new sights

To be honest I thought that weather the scopes worked or not the gun it's self should be ok and werth the 30 No don't now much really guns not something I've done much of before , but we all got to start some where Not sure of the model of the rifle will have a look now , there a few marks on the stock but the gun Its self seems in good order
  9. Haven't really tried yet but I shot it out the garden and it was firing well low but the dial on the scopes seems to be up as far as it will go ?
  10. Hi just got an old weihrauch of a friend 30 quid with scopes, the scopes are way of and was wandering if the any tips to help me resight them , I'm not planning any thing serious just want to get the odd bit of fur and feather for the ferrets until winter comes
  11. WTF indeed but the air dale has always been this way from a pup, always well socialised and never had any bad experiences as pup just the way she is and always has been lol. Up until today these are the first dogs I have come across since I got the pup that have done this , she was scared of my mates bordoe the first time she met it but that quickly went and they get along great , I make a big effort to socialise the pup and up until today everything has gone well, I don't think the Russell's were that nasty just doing the typical small terrier thing, and like you said she ran away from the do

The air dale is 28tts she 6 years old , pup is about 18 tts The pup meets loads of friends dogs all the time and is great with them and ruff play doesn't bother her at all it's as soon as there is aggression she is petrified I met up with a chap of the forum last week he has a bull x about 25tts and the played constantly and pretty ruff play to biting and chasing each other and she was fine had a great time , just as soon as there is any aggression her tail tucks up , I big ridge of fur stands on end down her back and she is petrified , any one that had seen her with this bull x woul

Hi just wondering what your views are on this, I have 2 dogs one air dale terrier (non worker) and my lurcher pup , the air dale is great with other dogs but as soon as there is any signs of aggression from another dog she tucks her tail and runs for the hills even tho she is 28 tts and if it was the smallest dog imaginable, now I now my lurcher pup is still young at about 5 months but it seems she is going to be the same way as the air dale, she meets plenty of dogs and is good with all , but came across 2 russlles over field today they growled and chased her but didn't hurt her at all but sh

  16. Hi , I've been thinking about getting a cheap spring air rifle , in the hope of picking up a little fur or feather for the ferrets while just walking the dogs and was wondering if any one got any ideas where I could pic up a cheap gun any where , thanks

Hi I'm living in south wales and have my first lurcher she is still a young pup at about 4 1/2 months , and I was just wondering if there is any one in the area that would like to meet up for a walk with the dogs , just I think it would do my pup good to get out for walks with some other lurchers and as may as possible really so that she can start to pic things up of them . I'm not looking to tag along hunting or to go on peoples permission as I now that most people are not keen on doing this especially with people they know nothing about .
