    he lives in house with kids.. to get him fit he pulls me on mountain bike,round streets he loves it,he lamps and can catch rabbits but its not a pretty sight cos he smashes though hedges nd nearly kills himself to catch them, :icon_eek:he

    2000'sh while on the way home from lamping,had 4 rabbits in car,pulled bye police hellicopter,above? 4 police cars one police van when car stopped i got out with the 4 rabbits nd said "fair cop mate"!"am gunna pack lamping up and go into cereal killing or somthing has you dont get bothered bye police as much much for that!"no charges where made but what a waste of money nd resorces all that for 4 rabbits

    three months left to season,for rabbits if you use the old saying of every month with a R in it you can hunt rabbits,but many farmers want you to get rid of bunnys all year round, started with one lurcher,now got two as this new ones just for rabbits on lamp,

    am sure these hare's were road kills they picked them up for dog food,on way back from hunting rabbits?but the wildlife officer needs to prove his job is worth doing with arrests nd numbers of people he can stop hunting,, great job for an ANTI hope wildlife officers go with all new goverment cut backs maybe lads with perrmish in this area need to go out nd pick a few road kill hares up to make this officer look like the dick he his?? :sick:

    no mate wish it was go to 2 or 3rd page or so look for 8 mths old pup 3rd time out thats my dogs mate and second 1 my day bitch let me no if u see them depends on what cross it is, small lurchers mature quicker than big ones,also depends on what your wanting it to run, as its main quarry.if its a rabbiting lamp dog you dont want to put it on hares at 8 months,but in the same breath you can learn it to lamp at 8 months if your not over doing it,I dont beleve in the lock it up for 12 months then start it on rabbits,the dog will have no fittness or manners,it wont have practiced its running

    how much do you spend on wormers cos each new dog you get,you will after worm all your dogs again,nd dogs dont run right with worms mate,so not saying you dont worm them or your way is wrong but what do you class as an allrounder?

    mate just get out,iv just got back in ok conditions not ideal and wouldn't go early if the weather was a lot better but the dogs need their exercise and i f*****g hate road walking so might as well walk the golf course with a lamp for an hour,pup got to see a couple runs so all good,but i will say i have had some excellent nights over the years on a full moon Is it me, but do you find that them wabbits on golf courses like f...ing shit off a shovel shoot them with air gun then let pup go pick em up they arnt fast then nd your dogs confidence will get skyhigh

    some lurchers are lost on lamp?then end up in dogs home,but they charge too much for them £100 nd more to rescue a dog they used to be free,am i wrong but you can get a puppy for that with no hang ups,saying that ive seen salukixgreyhounds match dogs in dogs homes that where just lost or stolen,then dumped nd ended up there?
