    You haven't said if this is your first dog to have owned. Do as much research before buying any dog. Do you have the time, money and room to keep it etc..... sorry lad well ive only ever had german shepards up to this point well im hopeing to get one in the next few months like u said i want to do as reasearch as i can, i have lots of time to spare i only work about 5 hours a day atm, ive saved up a good while now and just finshed building a new kennal up the back german shepards x grew,would do the rabbits nd you'd be working with a dog you know,,just a thought!

    YES I DID KNOW HIM QUITE WELL. SADLY MY OPINION OF HIM WASNT THE BEST.HOWEVER BEST LET SLEEPING DOGS LIE ON THAT SCORE. I WAS CONTACTED BY A FORUM MEMBER ASKING ME FOR PHOTO`S & INFO ON HIS LURCHERS ETC. THATS WHY I PRINTED THESE PICTURES AS I SAID I WOULD DO. nice pic's

    my saluki match dogs need some new blood in them as i keep getting arrested down linconshire,nd carnt run hares any more,so this cross would make yapping none retrieving run into the distance nd never come back dogs which i could make loads of money off cos they would always need replacing,they would make brill ferreting dogs,as they would run off nd never make a sound,pups would be £7000 each,which you would pay half as the stud fee must paid to my ego..atb At that price it must be a good dog, what would you call the line? fools gold,or bullsheetsalu

    ALRIGHT MATE ITS FUNNY WHEN THINGS LIKE THAT HAPPEN AND THE WIND GOES OUT THE SAILS RAPID STYLE HAHA the saying; old dog new tricks, means to me stubborn folk wont learn,people...dogs will do new things dont write a 3 year old unused dog off as he's in his prime then.. Its the one's that have been broke in bad hands that take longer.

    DDOUBLED HIM UP A LOAD OF TIMES BUT HE STILL WAITED FOR THE OTHER DOG TO STRIKE.BUT ONCE IT WENT OVER STRAIGHT TO THE NECK.HIS PUPS DONE ALL.HE WAS A VERY CLEVER DOG.NEVER NEEDED A COLLAR. all lurchers find there own way of doing things the smart ones live longer

    ask cheeky chick nd stabber both will tell you all the info you need,they are on here i know he took his dog out to catch rabbits to feed pups nd fed on human baby milk from tins for mother nd pups or blue top,but he may advise you better,he's no puppy farmer just remebers better than me?

    All the credit goes to Joedog in that department i just get the pups off him an work them. . Hes a little bit slow in his old age the pictures hes got really are somethin else these are just a couple i managed to talk out of him. . :laugh:whats the breeding in these dogs am i getting them confused with some old dogs out of edrd?

    nice looking dog were did you get it had a dog like him He got him from a kid from woodlands doncaster,thought it was out of the late stewie's dogs so took a chance on the 12 month old pup,it was realy a shy dog but its coming on slowly,for the x it is,,is that any help?

    just asking do ever get pictures off the dam and sire off hancock if yes can you put them up be good see what he is using cheers iceman according to his site. This is kubla kahn. Some members here have told me that his offspring have shown potential. Even with fox. i think he's a nice looking dog with a decent topline and feet. Though I'd like a deeper chest. What do you think of him? ATB how much do these cost now days hancocks pups??

    I think you'll find that these 'rules' you talk about were around well before the 'match men' you talk about ever came about. Every animal in the contryside deserves respect you just have to take the time out to see why then maybe you'll understand. Each to there own i suppose but i myself will always frown upon hares being run under the lamp and the heavy snow and such, and just for the record i'm no 'match man' either. Just a lad that loves hares and dogs watching veiw videos on you tube from the 80s and not one hare was giving 100 yards head start they where all kick ups . You say that

    saw,one in guns international,barnsley stairfoot,seal unit bulb.old stock closing down sale,best hurry was last week, shut down now ant it? not sure was£7 for bulb, i used a spot lamp off a car with lens broke nd plant pot round it with duck tape cheap as chips?bullseyes always open £4 for new bulb,lol
