    in my opinion to much is read into a name of an american cross or line by the time we get it over hear who can say wat has happened to the line ,it has been so hard to get pure breds into the country for quiete a few years and as we no it is a business to most who are sending them so we can end up with anything or at best sometimes a first cross.there are only a hand ful of men that i know of who are dedicated enough to keep a pure strain running and then very reluctant to pass any true pure bloods on, but that is just my opinion and dont want to ruffel any ones feathers

    I have some thai game muffs hard to get hold of1 they thai game not thaiwans, Hes standing at 34inch! i keep old english game, shamo,aseel cross and americans, the fox has f****d up all my early chicks this year and took some good hens but still got a few to play with.

    got to be day time hare on big land, lots of dogs can take fox and deer with ease but cant blow wind to a good day time hare, but i know plenty of good hare dogs that were able to take fox and deer as good as any small field lurcher. nothing comes close to a good day light course

    i think i would jack it all in if i couldnt look after a dog that had done its best for me and had come to the end of their working life, i have pts dogs who would have no quality of life after their work was done but not after looking into every way round it. i think there is a real problem with a minority of so called dog man who have dogs aplenty and are to ready to get rid of them as soon as they get bored or the season is not going their way, to many people are to quick to dump off an easily rehomed animal.i think the key here is loyalty

    thanks for the reply predatorman, never a truer word said but i was just curious of any advatages or pitfalls in swimming but hay ho back onthe land thursday

    has any one got any advice about swimming a saluki cross for fitness, i have only been out on the land for a few weeks and want to progress to the fens,i have never swimmed adog before but have the oportunity to now. the dog is half fit and stopping 2 and 3 close to home but not fen fit to my idea. any advice would be appreciated.
