  1. I am buggered if I can find it now , every time I have been looking for different searches for lights it would keep poping up . If I find it I will let you know.
  2. Cheers, I think there is a vid on you tube that compairs them.
  3. Well I have had a A 10-G on the rifle, what a bit of kit . I took it out for a shine not the best night a bit on the light side but I could not wait to have a go with it . Strait from the box every thing feels better made than some of the other lights I looked at. I got it on the scope not to much trouble its a good firm fit easy to adjust up and down and holds firm and a neat finish once fixed. For its size the light it throw is awesome, to start with I did not put the extension tube on to stop light spill catching the mod, I will have to take it next time to try. On stuble
  4. They are great I take two 50lb lurchers at the same time no problem at all . I used to do the same with just leads and did managed to run a dog over when it see a cat run in front I nearly came off and I ran over her foot you could see bone . But been using one of these for three or four years no problems at all well worth it.
  5. Well done you nice coat on that one , I for got to ask what sort of range do you get out of the a10 . I have just been on the phone to inovatech about the a10-g full bore lamping kit , is that the same as you are using? . I was talking to some one called Mark and he makes it sound very impresive indeed , I must say I am thinking about it . PS my laptop is sick so may take a day or two to answer .
  6. Thats a few good mods you made , it will make things easer when single hand lamping , can I ask was the presure switch that came with it loud to use. I have been looking at the HID lamps they are very bright they claim up to around the 2500/3000 lumens now thats power and they say long long beam, its not that I need that much but if they can do that why cant I find one that can do half of what that would do. Its out there some where its just finding it . If money was no object what is the very best light you could buy ?. I dont know, you would not think buying a light would cause so m
  7. Slight change of plan with having a lend of two lights to try, a bit of confusion there, end they were not there when I went in. So instead they gave me a new cluson Pro Spotter the latest thing in. I charged it up but only had time for a half hr out, the beam on it is real good I am very impressed good spot and a good range. But there is always a but , The bad bit with this light is it has no memery as a lot do it has two modes low and hi in that order, it always starts on low mode, the remote was not working at the time but trying it this was very loud in use. The switch on the rear off
  8. Yes best way every time is with a lamp man once you start working together that is , I have lamped with a few people over the years some you would think were taking the P. 9. Bear with me I know its been done before, but with new gear coming out all the time it pays to ask the same questions from time to time . I need a new light for the rifle (22.250) I am going to go I think with a torch type LED. I need good distance for fox mostly. I did have one for a day and sent it back , they claimed see eyes at 600m and shoot 400m but in use it was realy streching it at 150 to 200m. So for a few different reasons I sent it back. Is what I want to know is what is the very best light I could put on a rifle for a tight beam and to strech out to a good distance. My neare
  10. Good on the police if they had been harder on the first night there are three people that would still be alive today!
  11. I have had a two one on a X5 and one on a sprinter. Is all they do is remap the engine management system. None were any better on diesel but it makes the peak power more usable, max power normaly hi up revs say 2500rpm with a chip it brings max power down to around 1500-1800rpms. It makes your car feel more powerfull as you hit max power more often. Down side you lose your warrenty if any left, and top end power feels a bit flat. I had these a couple of years ago so might be bit better now. One thing you could do, who ever you are thinking of getting to do it they normaly have one that th
  12. Good luck let us know how you get on.
  13. I always re size full length new brass , in the past when I first started loading I only neck sized , I have had the odd one tight it might have been a bit out of shape only needs doing once in the life of the case unless you change rifle.
  14. I think it was more luck than anything else thanks for all the replys all.
  15. Well as you know I have been having dealings with globle rifle . The full story is quite long so I will keep it short as I can. The first call to them was to ask about there 900 lumens tac light. A woman answered and did a good sales job on me, saying how this was a latest thing out and it is made here in house by us and is sold only by us and there is nothing close to it any where. WHAT A LOAD OF RUBBISH. I have been looking and have managed to find this very same light so far on three different sites, called three different names in USA its a Kill light 250 but it is the same l
  16. Well globle have had the light back for three days now and nothing!, I will give them a call some time tomorow that should be intresting. I have been having a dig around because I have had this feeling I have seen this light before , and bingo I found it , it is made in the USA by a company called elusive industrys and is called the kill light 250 its called 250 as they state its good for that distance which is just what I found with it . I am not sure what took place on its way over the water it suddenly gains an extra 150 m distance. They have also changed there advert on e bay from £150
  17. I called globle tuesday and explained my reasons why I wanted to return there light and first words were, I supose so you can buy one from e-bay?. she said she would call me back as she would have to ask someone about this. As you can guess no call back so I called again and ok send it back and we will have a look at it ok and put the phone down. I have put a letter in with it stating why I am returning there goods and that I want a refund so just off to the post office to get it back to them. I will let you know how it goes . I am not holding my breath. I for got to say the paul@sn

  20. Thanks for all your replys, It looks like I have been had big time , The torch its self is not that impressive and has a cheap feel and finish to it its got a chip on it strait from the box, I will take it out later on. If you shine it on a wall its not that bright compaired to my old lightforce predator . I only went with them as I thought they were a good company with a good reputation and at that price after talking to the lady on the phone she made it sound nothing short of spectacular bit of kit but at the moment it looks like I have paid £300 for a £30 torch. Yes its £250 plus va
  21. Posted Today, 01:10 PM Hi all I have just purchased a snipersystems gun light from them selves at a hi cost but thinking it was the best I could get I went ahead and it has turned up all ok so far. I have been on e-bay and low and behold there it is at half the price I was told they make it in house and they are the only ones that sell this light. I sent an e-mail to the seller asking if that was the buy it now price and some one called Paul @ snipersystems sent mail back saying yes including post packing he to is from leicestershire the same as Globlefifle. I have been told there is a Paul
  22. There are to many people around like those you have on your permision. I know of several farms I have shot over in the past every time I went there,it was very much the same thing as you have. I have had one guy race and I mean race, his range rover over a ploughed field to come to me. I used to call the police every time thats a pain in the a--s about 25 questions every time and they still came out when the townies called them several times. In the end I got sick of it and did not go again
