Met up with ferreting 22 (john)for the first time on sat at 1 pm. Started on a patch close to home, netted the first warren 12 holes - nothing. Loads of fresh droppings by the holes next warren 15 holes - nothing again. Same fresh droppings everywhere. Off to the next one, one that takes a lot to do with loads and loads of holes in bushes. Anyway, we netted around 30 holes and put one of johns ferrets in with a locater on. Hes got one at 4ft - -one dig one rabbit, ferret back in and another one bolts into the net. Swapped ferrets for one of mine, in he goes, he stops at 6ft. Off we go di
