    hi got a bsa super 10 in 177 bull barrel. got nite hunter stock which is drilled out and rechargeable batterys inside with light that fastens to scope, bipod sling and swivels, covered in camo tape but does need replacing and got some tape to do it.got a bag. also have a tested 12l divers bottle fill adaptor and pellets, but no scope. the nite hunter stock is a pro job and cost £300 alone. i,m looking for £500 job lot everything i,ve got for this rifle will go with it. again no scope. cheers stav (sheffield) comes with charger

    for sale my bsa r10 in 177 bought this new(latest model) with bsa vc silencer new, hawke 3x12x50 ao mildot scope new, sling and swivels new and filling adaptor new. i,ve only zeroed this rifle in never been out in the field very very slight scratch on end of barrel. stands me at £850 looking for £650 ono. i live in sheffied only selling as just got my fac and need to sell to buy. cheers stav

    sorry there are 5 parts to the course 1.shooting(kill zone)assessment 2.safty assessment 3. written assessment.4.visual assessment.5.meat hygiene assessment. and if you fail any part then you only pay for and resit that part aswell.cheers stav

    hi, i,ve just done dsc1 with no deer stalking experence and learnt alot (and passed) as did afew of the old hands aswell.this allows you to sell to a game dealer. cost was £245.00 i,m glad i did the course but i know i,ve got a hell of alot more to learn out in the field. stav

    yeah i know he just recommends but said there should be no probs,but he did not give a time scale. anybody got a clue on time scale with south yorkshire firearms depot.cheers stav

    i,ve been on a tallish 18/24 inch bipod for 4 weeks and could not hit a cows arse with a shovel.then got a smaller one 9/13 inch and put 3 in bull at 100 yards 1st go.i was only having trouble shooting from prone, was told it would be bipod that was causing the trouble and to try a smaller one.it worked for me. stav

    hi all, right after 20 plus years shooting i,ve finally applied for my sgc and fac at the same time (just posted them 10 mins ago) and also booked onto the dsc 1. i have apllied for .17hmr, 22.250 and 270. been shooting my mates .17hmr, 22.250 and 308 for many years and now got abit more permission and been offered afew mooches so time to go solo.lol. got afew driving offences and a common assult from 96 so hopefully should go through ok. will keep you updated on my progress.cheers stav

    hi, my mate and i have got booked on a course on friday nites and saturday mornings for 5 weeks i think. we are going up this saturday to pay for the course and get the disc and stuff then start course aweek on friday.cheers for the offer anyway grant. cheers stav

    i,d guess 20 ish. everytime i take mine out i top them up, i never let them run realy low incase the 1st time you forget to refill it would be a wasted night.stav p.s. sorry yeah r10 and a superten

    mine does both 1 is quick fill then remove hose and fill buddy bottle on the other 1

    hi, i,ve just had an old one test and filled cost 35 quid. tested for 3 yrs and a 5 per fill up and get about 20 ish fills, but i never let mine run very low.stav

    hi,guys as i said in (which mole trap thread) i keep getting most of my tunnel traps back filled, this has been going on since new year. as you can guess i,m new to mole trapping and got 170 acres to go at and only had 1 mole, so any other tips would be great. cheers stav

    hi,on the dsc1 course do you have to be a member of an org, as i,m with basc and my mate with some other company. only asking because we want to book on the course together and the 1 basc do you have to be a member,so want somewhere we can go together.cheers stav

    HI, RIGHT I,VE JUST STARTED HELPING MY MATE CATCH MOLES ON HIS FARM AS OF YESTERDAY AND WHEN I,VE CHECKED THIS MORNING I,VE GOT MY FIRST MOLE. BUT THE TRAPS WE ARE USING ARE OLD (BAD NICK) BARREL TYPE.HE IS GOING TO BUY SOME NEW ONE'S NEXT WEEK AND WAS WONDERING WHICH PEOPLE PREFER .HE WILL BE BUYING JUST ONE TYPE.ANY TIPS ON SETTING THE TRAPS AS WELL AS SOME OF THE ONE'S I,VE CHECKED THIS MORNING WERE FULL OF SOIL SO NOT TOO SURE I,M SETTING THEM RIGHT.CHEERS STAV

    thanks guy's, right my next question. will it be easier to get a fac with shared rifles or does it not make any difference.i will be applying for fac just for my mates farm who owns the rifles.17hmr and 225/50 will be what i apply for.(land passed upto a 308) but just thinking for if i get anymore shooting rights anywhere else in the future.cheers stav
