hi guy's. i,m just about to starting out pigeon decoying and was wondering if someone would be willing to show me the ropes. i.e. what gear is best to start out, how to set it up, were to postion myself and anything else i would need to know. i have sgc and insurance.cheers stav

well it's took almost 3 months but sgc/fac were on the doorstep when i got home today. got everything i had asked for. spot on.stav -
hi guy's. i,m about to buy a howa rifle with the deal they are doing, i,m either going to get 22/250 for mainly foxs or a 270 for mainly deer (woodland) now as i,m newish to rifles and the deal offers 2 different barrels, sporter weight and varmint weight. my question is what's the difference in the barrels and which do you lot think would be best for either rifle. many thanks in advance stav

If you have experiance then you should do a 1 day course & get the cd rom & learn at home. This 3-4 day courses are a rip off but are for complete novice with little or no experiance so most of the cost is in training over the 2-3days & i cant beleave people spend that amount of money doing it fools & money are easily parted. i,ve just done my dsc 1 about 3 weeks ago, i was the only one with no stalking experience(some 30 plus years). in a mock visual test i was the only one to pass and one person scored 6 out of 20 so i think it is good for all from novice to pro stalker. i

hi, just taken some cammo tape of 1 of my rifles and just wondering what would be best for cleaning the stock up to get rid of the sticky residue(spelling not good) and then to buff it up with.cheers

for sale my bsa r10 in 177 bought this new(latest model) with bsa vc silencer new, hawke 3x12x50 ao mildot scope new, sling and swivels new and filling adaptor new. i,ve only zeroed this rifle in never been out in the field very very slight scratch on end of barrel. stands me at £850 looking for £650 ono. i live in sheffied only selling as just got my fac and need to sell to buy. cheers stav
