  1. you should allways buy everything on the bone, if you want fillets buy a whole chicken cheeper than 2 fillets, plus 2 thighs 2 wings 2 legs and a carcass for the dogs, thighs are the best for kebabs, de-bone and they go to the dogs, leg of pork de-bone and roll, and another big bone for the dog same with lamb.. if you buy everthing allready done for you you dont only pay more you get less and the dogs miss out. got to say that rabbit on the vid looks top notch i'll be giving that a go
  2. thats fair enough Giro but what if the other dog owner leaves there's off the lead?? personally if they dont put there dog on i take mine back off the lead, as it can make things worse, plus if it's a big horrible fecker she stands more chance off the lead than if they attack whilst she is on it
  3. your just blinded by the chord, wrapped up in your parachord duvet That was about as good as the f*****g catapult............ could of mentiond a BOP ya caveman
  4. your just blinded by the chord, wrapped up in your parachord duvet

  8. not as easy as i would like if im honest Dodge, like i said in a previous post i thought they would take some breaking in and i wasnt wrong, but in there deffence summer isnt the best time to be breaking in big sturdy boots so ive got a few blisters, give me a season with em and i'll give you an honest answer. how's things with you mate? not heard any of your exploits for a while have you been on one of your trips???

  16. cheers mate, did your's take some breaking in?? i know mine will, the Bergen one's where very nice but i wanted the extra support but these looked the stronger of the 2, time will tell
  17. thanks for the advice on buying the Altbergs but i was only joking when i said i needed help tieing the feckers
  18. you will have to help me lace em up takes me a week haha
  19. well went Altberg and get measured for some boots, i picked the high country as i wanted more support for my damged achilies otherwise i would hae picked the Burgen as they where spot on straight out of the box where the country one's are a lot stiffer and will need some breaking in, got to say though they are a solid looking boot and if looks are anything to go by then these will take some stick
  20. well ive taken some of your advice as im going to Altberg for my next boots hope you aprove lol
  21. it's your's if he doesnt want it
  22. cheers Ken we are doing a swap, he's making a sheath for a knife i made so hopefully he likes it
  23. im hoping you like this one as if im honest it was the hardest one ive made, probably because i felt i had to do a propper job as your the 1st one that ive made a stick for that is sort of paying for it, all the other's go to mates, i just hope i havent over complicated it and tried to make it to fancy. This was the longest and most sturdy stick i had as i know you wanted it for a shooting stick, it has some nice twist's and has been seasoned for over 5 years there is a buffalo horn collar between shaft and antler and ive capped the antler off with buffalo as wel
  24. Ye thats fair enough but on the other hand some will say got a call from the farmer when they dont even have permission must admit i started in august last year but it was new permission and i wanted to impress, and it worked, otherwise i try to leave it alone as much as i can get away with, if it's a problem fox then i will do my best to get out with the rifle as they can cause alot of damage, more so than rabbits if they are already being controlled
  25. QUESTION it mate it's a condition NOT LAW, just becarefull how you word it, i did similar years ago and he didnt like me telling him his job much but i still got my way, i had both .22 and .17 even though they both had there uses i sold the .22 as IMHO the .17 is by far the safer round
