    the fact that you even have to ask the question tells me you have not got a clue..... how many of these wonder colliexs do you own and when did u get this line of hard fast stamina packed hounds I,ve never claimed to have a hard fast stamina packed hound, at least I don,t think so as I was drunk when I started this thread lol, just a bit of a wind up to be honest mate atb collie x,s are still the best though

I'm old enough to remember when Collie X's, (and Deer X's), were the norm; before the Salukis hit these shores ! But one thing is certain now.... if you want to compete on hares; you better have Saluki blooded dogs ! Cheers. hence I,m thinking deerhound in the mix

    If you,re in the fens yes then maybe I can see the point but for a general lurcher in the true sense I can,t see the point of the saluki ?

    aye you got me, not sure fen types are the be all though, when you,re talking about a LURCHER rather than a coursing type, a decent collie type will take hare regular
