A house next door to me, right on a lovely beach. A brand new house. Yes it needs a bit of work, but a person could put their own stamp on it. Could be bought for less than the asking price Atb j

But the other side of the coin is the lifestyle here. There's no infrastructure, what so ever, no public transport, very very little employment, no super markets, cinema ect ect. But, it's safe, no crime, no foreigners, no travellers, for the most part everyone minds there own business. You do what you like, as long as it doesn't interfere in anyone else's life. And you can always rely on your neighbours to help if and when needed. Atb j

Lol, no summer's nice here, warm rain lol, yeah it's a detached out on its own. Beach number of beaches 10min drive from house. 1000s of acers of mountain and forests to walk on. Atb j
