  1. ive got an ex army folding knife, with a piercing tool on the other side, with a metal loop on the top to attach a chain to or something and hang of your belt or what ever. it belonged to a part time keeper mate of mine. feels really sturdy and solid, may be worth someone buying to sell on for few bob extra, but i just want to get rid of as its not doing anything, so im looking for £10 posted 1st class...bargin for someone.
  2. hi, 1 of my ferrets keeps itching, but cant see any ticks. i took her out on sat and got few scratches. what other parasites or things that would make her scratch. i think ill jst get some frontline from the vets. is there a specific one for ferret or do i have to get another

  5. got the newest version of the bsa supersport in .22, really good condition and well looked after. shooting at about 11ftb. used mainly for rabbiting with the odd mag pie and rat. this can be seen on the bsa web site. i also have a jack pike rifle slip bag, in oak woodland and a tin of bsa pellets. looking for £145. or may swap for ferreting gear.

  8. i take my lakie x parson, saves time on netting up an empty warren, as he gives a mark. also useful for small warrens/undergrowth/sticking him inside a long net. as for mixing ferrets and dogs, i let the dog sniff them inside a hutch for a while, 2/3 days. then i put the dog on the lead while letting the ferrets run around, if the dog goes for them, sharply pull on lead, give a little smack and emphasise that his not allowed to do that. also although i didn't have to do this, a friend of mine lets ferrets/dogs drink milk out of same bowl.
  9. try putting an advert on gum tree, pre loved etc, and if you can e pup, that way not only will people keep an eye out for you, but the scum bags will be deterred from putting them up on the adverts

  13. here, i have a fine example of a taxidermy pole cat mounted on a log. its in great condition. would make a great ornament. the pictures dont do it justice. im after £50 ono collection, kent. or £55 ono posted 1st class delivery. Anyone interested is more than welcome to have a look before they buy, would make a nice gift.
