  18. I agree if you breed any dog its a gamble!! but 2 healthy worker 2 worker you stand a better chance.
  19. I think worker to worker you will have a good chance of some good pups, but still down to the owner to put the time in to bring the dog on!! my own view is the sire must be top class proven! the dam although must be a worker its not as important as i have seen average track dog through good lurcher pups in the past!!!
  20. forgot to add!! i would love to see Birds colliexgrey bryn in action from pics and what i have read he sounds a class act.
  21. Guess that's Cleared that up about ' don't mix border and beardie as you will get a shite lurcher? Lol Old (reds) a good en mate ain't he Chris I know hancock gets some stick, but the beardie border i had from him years ago really hit the mark, it just came so natural to him, didnt realise what a good dog he was until i had to replace him.....so laid back at home as well. My mates dog comes a line of hancock dogs from the 80s for an all rounder you cant beat brains!! have seen a few good dogs in my time but hand on hart the best one's had collie in there make up!
  22. This is my mates dog a 5/8 3/8 the collie is a mix of border and beardie!! one if not the best lurcher i have seen by the way its from hancock lines
