  1. just a wee update on my pup its 13 weeks old its a lakie/patt and its mental

Would there be any benefit in buying or dog or are bitches more sound , just that when it comes lurchers i have always found bitches to be easier to work with ? iv only ever had the pleasure to work a bitch and was eager to please she gave her all on every dig just make sure ya get to see both parents of whatever breed ya go for
  3. you wont go far wrong with a patterdale they have plenty of brains and have the heart of a lion
  4. if you carnt say owt nice at that age mate bye the time he got the pic it was time to clean em again,they look fat pups nd healthy to me,well loved also so give it a rest mate ffs well he should have taken the pic after he cleaned them
  5. just make sure ya dont drive on tarmac with them cos they heat up and the chain can nip and tear the whole panel of the car

  7. why not buy a dog from a rescue center??? well put it this way would you buy a new car from a scrap yard dont think so

  9. heres a few pics of a sprocker pup. my mate bread a litter in the summer and 7 of the 9 pups were booked before they were even born
  10. heres mine i made great and handy
  11. get a spool of 50lb line tie it to a fence board get a lighter line 15lb and tie along the the heavy line. 12inch lenghts every two foot tie flys or bait and take to the resovoir go to where the wind is blowing on your back and carefully unwrap the line and throw out the board the wind will blow it out and you should have fish in the morning good luck
  12. its called an otter board flies with treable hooks work just as well
  13. i found a lad trying to steal my friends fathers car when i was 17 i hit him several times with a big spanner which left him out cold on the driveway he had to get 14 staples to his head and i got a handshake from the garda and they said that will teach him manners
  14. yes it was an accidental mateing i was left with 8 pups i kept 1 and gave the rest of them away 5 of them including mine is working 3 is pets one of the dogs of the litter takes foxs single handed

  16. there a great piece of kit i have a million candle power lamp and a deben tracer 12v/10/ah battery the longest iv been out was 4 hrs and it never went flat there a great buy if you have a bigger powerd lamp than a million i would get the 14/ah battery at the very least
  17. a .22 magnum would do the job nicely it wont stop a fox at 200 yards iv shot a fox at 130 yards and it dropped no problem with a well placed shot and it dosnt make as much of a mess of rabbits as the hornet and there cheap to buy
  18. would you not try a semi auto the browning maxus hunter grade 3 is a great allrounder and its light as a feather with very little recoil you can shoot it at arms length with one hand and you have the choice of barrel length its not an expensive gun
