    Depends on the land you run if it's big fields then the light force blitz smaller fields then I'd say the stricker both with dimmer switches that's only my opinion but all light force lamps have problems with there wires so be ready to do a bit of soldering ATB BB

    yeah I wondered if vet stuff better I have always just got it from vet but it does work out more expensive but is it really better got vet tomorrow pup first injection and kennel cough to then wormed every two weeks until 6 months old going to be expensive lol You can buy Drontal plus from pet shops absolutely no difference to the one you buy from the vets

    Once a week for the last how many years I've walked near enough the same route it takes up to four hours roughly and just wanted to know how far it was as I knew how long it took time wise no harm in that

    On a Sunday I can do 8 mile according to map my run on my I phone with the dogs off the lead so would you say they'd be doing roughly 5 times this ?

    Whats your problem? Is there something wrong with wondering how many miles youve done. I also want it for if i go for a run and people on here clearly share the same interests so nothing wrong with asking. Grow up and find something better to do than ruin a civilised thread.
