    I had a bitch pre ban she was coursing a hare, the hare went under a gate and the bitch followed the gate had a fairly big gap that she would have fitted under but speed she was going resulted in 8" by 6" bruising and a nasty 5" rip in the skin on chest I think she was lucky could have been worse. This bitch was very capable jumper she could jump 5 foot hedges easily from standstill! I also let this dog take easy option when out and about!! crawling under gates..

    I have just got a sportdog 10r rechargeable. I have only had it couple of days cant tell you what effect its going to have long term but what I can tell you is that its a seams a good bit kit works well with 3 different modes. I have a sportdog remote collar that is superb thats why I bought the sportdog antibark

    my wee first cross collie/ghound is light and has fair turn of speed some are more cloddy and slower. I wont go by my wee dog but for golf courses and nice short grass parks I would go for maybe a whippet/ghound x collie/ghound or possibly more whippet. Some Dogs with a lot of collie get pis**d off when loosing rabbits due to being out classed on ground that suits the rabbit more than the dog and start running half harted, Golf courses are nice short grass and normaly plenty cover rabbits dont need to go far and they are fast on this ground takes a good dog with correct atributes for regul

    I think once a day is fine for pet dogs. I feed twice a day, main reason for this is - In the winter months I decide if I am going lamping or not depending mostly on the weather, if I decide at 8pm that I am going lamping and my dogs havent ate for 23 or 24 hours I think its to long and will affect the dogs energy.

    My ves hob is 2 year old and is in with couple of in season jills but he aint attemting to mate them! I have had year old hobs breeding before not sure if some take longer to mature?

    They feed some cheap crap! I changed my bitch first day I got her. The bitch I got 14 years ago for hancocks was passing blood vet never got to bottom of it fed her chicken and rice once she got older it cleared up.

    try ignore the neg posts mate. I have a hancock bitch and she is top drawer and only finished her first season! everyone can arguee till they are blue in face but at the end of they day he breeds good working dogs!! I have my second from him and work my bitch alongside a very handy hancock dog that i would like for my own kennel!! I can feel a lamping comp coming on Hancock V's Non Hancock LOL

    everyone told me I was making a mistake getting a suluki cross!! Mine always comes back after a run, she stands and waits in back of van only comes out when i say so, I can walk around streets with no lead.. Dont get me wrong she aint perfect. You need to be strict with them from young and make sure they know who is boss! I picked my second suluki cross up weekend just past and I am sure she will be fine aswell!
