    nines a good size litter shes gona have her work cut out feeding all them mouths mate i wouldent be poking about the nest this early id just leave her till it for a week or two anyway atb with them I know have been keeping and breeding for 26 years. My ferrets are so well handled my youngest boy can handle any of my ferrets infact they keep slobbering over him. Trust me that jill knows i am no threat to her kits. Never had one eat her kits yet.

    Youtube has videos for making nets. Hemp is the best for me and you will need rings,needle and a block of wood as a spacer. I may get round to making a video and posting it. Hope this helps

    I have 4 hobs and the have to be split during breeding or you end up with some nasty wounds. When the season is over they all go back together and are fine.

    something about 4ft long by 1 1/2ft wide I recommend a 6x2x2 for 2 ferrets But what material would you like Ply or 15mm cladding also is it for out side or in a shed?

    I make my own hutches, sheds, runs, garages you name it. What exactly are you looking for.

    Wow there seems to be a lot of experts here. I have 4 Jills, 1 Jill 2 days from giving birth , 2 Jills have had one of my vas hobs over them and the last Jill is not in season yet. I have Kept ferrets for 26 years and i have seen Jills in season in january. I dont belive in breeding a Jill twice a year but i am not gonna give the guy crap for what he does. So all the best to you with your kits and dont listen to the smart mouths because if they are looked after properly thats the main thing.

    I make my own out of hemp. Not to hard to do and the materials are cheap if you shop around

    My sisters rabbits escaped on my dads farm and bred with the wild ones. There was that many different ones running about but i did make them easy to shoot
