    Don't think the Grand Prix had a safety ? the Grand Prix has a Thumbhole stock and the early Grand Prix had a pull down button safety in front of trigger guard and then theoben made the safety into the trigger guard. and dont forget the early sirocco classic had safety outside the trigger guard
