  7. ive been thinking about up grading my raider 10 to a bsa r10. but i understand some of the earlier models had a few problems, which where later ironed out in the later mods. ive heard some good things and bad things about these rifles. my question is how do i know if im getting a good 1 or a lemon? is there a certain modle to avoid? and do i have to look for a certain mk1 mk 2 or whatever. cheers guys
  8. i was just wondering if they came complete with the game keeper double bands and binding strips, as im not sure you mentioned it in the video (much) lol. only kidding pal. they look top quality, at a good price too.
  9. well if someone stole your dog, and 2 months later you see someone with it. they say that your not having it back because they bought it in good faith. possesion is 9/10 of the law. so in the eyes of the law where do you stand? this removes all this messing about. and i also know someone that lost a dog (a terrier in fact) that was chipped.less than hour after it escaping it had been picked up by a quick thinking member of the public, taken to a vets and scanned. the owner was contacted straight away, dog and owner reunited in no time. mine are chipped
  10. as above. nice looking pup. hows it bred?
  11. each individual rifle is different. but i found that 99s loved the superdomes. also try accupel, and and the superfield. ive just switched from rws superdome to the superfield in my raider, and the difference is amazing. i also found that out to about 20 yrds the super hollow point was deadly on rats once the pellets have been sorted. but any further than that and they started to drift a bit. trial and error is the only real way to get the best pellet for your gun mate. atb
  12. sorry guys. im in preston lancs.

  14. well done broomy mate. i have news for the other guy. i have the mk2 from arthur carters. and i have only used the mk2 fluid in it. and ive stil had it SPOTAINIOUSLY COMBUST. dont try and say that the oil is non flamible, because it is. it might just be slightly less volatile than petrol, but only just. another thing, broomys smoker didnt seem to squirt the oil out of the can, directly into his eyes, due top an ill fitting pipe conection from the can, to the pipe that carries the oil down to the coil. the mark 2 did. it dosnt do it any more, cos it lives in the shed like the rest of the overpi
  15. brilliant write up mate. well documented. ive just switched across from rws superdomes to superfield. i cant believe the difference when in the field. i had 5 myself on sunday evening.
  16. in response to the above post. i got a call last weekend about a farmer that needs some rabbits shooting. so i went up and got 5. some of them young rabbits. doing this has given me some much needed permission(240 acres) that is bouncing with the things. i will be up again this evening, doin my best to put hole in their numbers, but i dont really think i will be lacking come winter, unless the mixy returns. atb.
  17. i have one. it now lives in the shed perminently. iv heard it discribed as shit. but in my honest opinion. its not even that good. i wouldnt even give it to someone, let alone sell it them for 30 quid. even for nowt, id fell like i was ripping them off.
  18. one bricklayer that was asked to come in on a weekend for over time told the gaffer" sorry mate cant do this weekend iv got a lot on" after being asked by the boss what was so important that he couldnt make it to work he simply replied. " iv got a spoon in the knife drawer in the kitchen, and it wont f****n move itself" priceless. the brew cabin was full at the time. it was in uproar as the smarmy boss walked out. not really a sickie excusse but funny all the same.
  19. one lad that i worked with on one site, said. " i just cant get my head around getting up for work everyday." and that was it. never ever seen him again. and he was in his forties. lol
