  1. Thanks all. Yes, it is very satisfying! If somewhat a bit weird, it was for me something that I've wanted for years!
  2. Hi Wurz, Nice shooting mate! Glad you didn't decide to run at the rozzers screaming "I've got bombs! I've got bombs!" Else we could of had a photo of you, lying next to a police marksmen's rifle! Tris
  3. Nice to know other people are having a bad day too!
  4. Good luck! Look forward to seeing the pics!
  5. Hi all, Turns out you guys were right about how the gaining of the first permission quickly leads to the gaining of many more! Just didn't expect it ho happen quite so quickly! Today me and Truf landed another 4+ acres of farm land, about 10 mins drive from our other permission. The farmer reports that it's teeming with Rabbits, Squizzers, Woddies, Crows & Maggies! We were literally on our way home from our other permission when we got the call, so we thought we'd have half an hour to look round and it is indeed teeming! Squizzers particularly. We both got an easy 10 metre-ish squir
  6. That's near on genocide! lol! save some for the rest of us! Nice shooting mate!
  7. Nice post mate! The pigeon shot made this post for me mate; you had the patience to wait and the confidence to pull the trigger the first time an opportunity presented itself! I always bottle those shots myself! Thanks for sharing mate!
  8. heading down the permission shortly to zero the new S410 setup. Excited!

  9. Nice one blue! Rollin' with the S400 crew!
  10. The difference between work and leisure is that one has people expecting things from you and the other doesn't. If you have a hobby that your passionate about and permission you're lucky, don't ruin it with thoughts of turning it into a job/ paid hobby. It'll get ugly. This is just my own opinion mate, but i say: DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT You never appreciate something until it's gone. By a more economical car and enjoy what you have mate. Of course, i'm a thick t**t too, i'm just giving you my personal opinion
  11. I plan on opening a can of 'whoop-ass' on them this weekend Cheers matey
  12. Haha yeah i forgot to mention, we were tripping our t**s off on acid! If you want to hunt 8 foot high squirrels i'd reccomend it! I'm thinking about writing a book about it! Think 'Doors of Perception' crossed with Elmer Fudd!!! Cheers matey
  13. Hi mate, Yes was humbly pleased with the trip. Eye shots = bad. Gotchya I'm sure Truf will say that was what he was aiming for of course! Congrats matey! Everytime i get a text or a call my hear rate increases in anticipation of that farmer calling! Next time i see him though i'm just going to be straight with him, if that fails i'm going to become more radical Haha only joking! Cheers buddy!
  14. Yeah there's droppings all over the shop, didn't see alot though... but i wasn't exactly mister ninja assassin that day! Cheers matey!

hope so blue! i had an S400 a while back and it didn't perform very well for me, in hindsight i realised it must been summat up with the gun. giving it another chance with this 410 :)

  16. Come right out and tell him that if he would like; you'll be more than happy to help out with his bunny problem Free Of Charge. But don't wait till you've finished do it while your chatting. He maybe thinks that you may charge so he's not interested; dropping hints just don't work Tris, be upfront Farmers are (well the few that I have known are anyway) straight up honest hard grafters and they like to be treated straight up and with respect. Hints mean your skirting round things, he will appreciate you being direct with him even if he says no; he may call you back at a later date
  17. Yeah probs for the best! Cheers matey!
