    been a few year since i was last there mate,fly fishing only but we used to do a night shift hire a boat and we used a small treble with a bunch of maggots on the fly road.there are some big fish there btw.caught a few everytime ive been.eh no there was no cafe but there was a bothy you can go to it had a wee cooker and kettle stuff.well worth a visit.saying that check first one time we went and the water was green with algae for some reason.best of luck mate if you do go no boat fishing on hoptoun fishery think you getting mixed up mate i you can bate fish maggot worm fly no spinning wee
