  2. just read another forum and the general thing is no hide needed just lie out quietly. but this could be pointless if the rabbits have a few different feeding places?! hmmm
  3. how do you guys make hides? im not sure i will be able to put a substantial building there but there are benches and stuff around that i can lie behind wearing camo etc.

  6. Hi i have a bunny job for some family friends. The real reason for the shoot is to "protect the garden" but really the guy im doing it for likes the idea of shooting them and letting me teach him how to gut and skin etc. I went there yesterday and was shown where they see them etc. so i found a spot around 20yrds away from the normal spotting site. As there was literally NO wind i hadent much luck going down wind etc anyway as we approached the place i saw a bunny run off into the long grass so we had a look around there was plenty of fresh shit around so i was sure they were about and the own
  7. Ok one more question when i put the gun back together i used silicone grease not oil will this be a problem? I have decided i am going to put one more washer in and possibly a gas ram if i do not get the desired effect.
  8. top notch. Have fun on your first outing with it!
  9. Dont forget you can also shoot pigeons from behind aim for the head and if the pellet drops it will hit the back between the wings another shot which is a direct route to the vital organs many pigeons i have taken have recieved leAd from behind works everytime.
  10. here is why bunnys should not f**k with airgunners! Good shooting that bugger should have gone and stayed.
  11. The other thing is what makes the intial noise? would a steel spring guide increase the noise? And where can i buy just a steel guide not a whole kit?
  12. cheers foxon i have looked for an image before and i never came across one. Anyway i have a plastic spring guide on mine am i right in saying that the spring is twisting on the plastic/ if so would this not have more friction? also any weight added to the whole sytem would up the power but then again would it put more pressure on the spring making it wear out quicker?
  13. Hi i am still trying to upp the performance of my supersport. i have read about top hats etc. i would like to machine some some parts on the lathe. firstly is there an advantage of making a steel spring guide? secondly would adding more washers at the front of the main spring? also any diagrams of parts would be fantastic. Thanks
