hi all i really need some advise. my daughter was bor april 05 and my name is on the birth cert. i was with the mother of my daughter up until my daughter was aprox 1, i paid money £100.16p a month since she was down (i have a duplicate book to prove this with my ex's or her mums signature on). as i said i have paid maint...ainance all the way and seen my daughter every weekend apart from a handfull (holidays, partys ect). march / april this year the company i worked for anounced there would be redundanceys and i was 1 of the handfull that was picked for redundancy. i told my e
