    Don’t work that way, not worth the risk. Insurance companies are there to sell insurance, they are not in the business of not selling insurance. If they advise disclaimers the risk transfers to them and they won’t be doing that any time soon for free.

    Better it ruins me in 20 years than leaves the kids in bother now mate would probably be my way of looking at it but as I say, when the times comes we will weigh up all available evidence then ?

    Being totally honest mate it will be a judgement call for me, I have young kids to think about and nobody to look after them in this country so me and the wife can’t really afford to get seriously ill and be incapacitated. Ill see what the craic is when the time comes is my honest answer pal

    Of course that is totally correct mate, nobody knows yet. I suspect it will be a case of if like my old dear you are 80+ it won’t really matter, it’s safer to get it then not get it type thing. For lads like me close to 50 and with all your kids already born etc it will be a judgement call. For everyone else it will be a case of cross your fingers and hope. Thats probably the truth of the matter. As you say, we will all find out in 10 or 20 years time (hopefully !) Lol

    Top end on a good day to the right buyer is probably 20 large mate. If they are going to lay their money out and wait to sell it they may take 10 or even 8 and a half. If he could get 20 large for it he wouldn’t be standing in front of them taking 6.

    My wife’s little sister had never seen a black man when they moved to England from Ireland, my wife says she see one in the airport and was fascinated......they had to stop her from staring at him ! Lol My boy shouts out the window “are you lost?” If we see one ! Lol ?

    They have started a collection for the shop keeper he attacked before they shot him, it’s up to €8000 ish now I think. If you dig, you will see the only people out “protesting” were other spades.

    As a proper reply I don’t see rural racism, what I see is rural realism from people not yet polluted by the insanity. They are not racist, they just know what it means when these people start turning up and they say so.

    They care about their job and everything that comes with it, that’s what they care about mate. We have to be more proactive in putting these people out of a job and just trying something else. Mind you, I don’t hold out much hope when people still discuss if Labour or Tory is better !!.......how much more proof does anyone need that they are both shite and you’d be as well voting for the greens or Monster Raving Loony or BNP or in fact anybody ! I see one person round my old area saying they were going to vote for a local councillor based on the fact that the bloke had help
