    My wife’s friend is a specialist social worker in New Zealand, she works in the Maori community specifically with child murderers and rapists and also child victims of that type of stuff…..some of it is truly howling !     My whole family coughed our guts up for 6 weeks when we first moved here mate and I still smoked then. I firmly believe it was our lungs clearing out. Go back now to visit and I can literally taste the air, it stinks…..hard to describe but the best way I can put it is that it’s like breathing in dirt. No wonder nearly every kid in my kids classes were on some kind of medication. I think mine were just about the only ones that wasnt.

    Hard one for me this, the libertarian part of me totally agrees with you but the logical progression is that we allow drugs which I wouldn’t like to see. I not going to say it won’t work because they managed it in pubs and restaurants here and that would have been unthinkable at one time but now it’s normal. What it will definitely do is create a criminal market which isn’t a good thing when so many countries (and I’m assuming New Zealand isn’t exempt) already have their hands full fighting drugs.
