Catcher mate, I was a water baliff for many years......I had to deal with every kind of idiot that ever picked up a fishing rod and what I know is, immigrants are the least of our problems when it comes to fishing I have found fixed lines set up by fish poachers and I have also sat out and waited for them to return, I didnt blame the fact that they were immigrants......they had their job to do and I had mine, much like any keeper/poacher type situation. I have jumped over a few fences many years ago with my dog so I am no different to them, what I DONT approve of is destruction of hab

Wat a stupid statement so you would class them same as some one poaching a few rabbits [bANNED TEXT] they are decimateing course fishing stocks with electro prods and even draining parts of canals to steal all of the fish and if that is not bad enough their stealing all our feking jobs as well.At least their not muslims One thing I know about is fish stocks and illegal fish poachers, its no different....poaching bunnies, rabbits or whatever is all the same thing. Lamp a golf course on a regular basis, if you are going to sicken a dog then golf courses are the place to do it! My advice would be, chose your runs carefully, give the rabbits as little law as you can with kick ups being best of all, watch your dog carefully....if its starting to pull up then give the dog a nice long break from the golf course, if its looking fit and sharp then you can give them a few more ambitious runs but if they are missing more than a few...pack up and go home or find some shorter slips. I personally didnt like the stealth, found it very hard on the eyes when looking through it for periods of time......whent and got an ex-mod job and use the stealth as a roof net.

OK, lets have this right.......there is absolutely nothing macho or nice about having to cull a dog, in fact its one of the worst things anyone will have to do (so I am told) BUT, what I will say is this, if you take a dog on then have the bollocks to see the job through rather than pass the poor fecking thing around to goons who you know will just move it on again and so on. A lot of folk critiscise lads who cull, but them lads are kinder than all the fools who "just want their money back" or "Have to many on" etc etc Hopefully a relationship with a dog will last a lifetime but sadly

In all fairness I dont think anyone is putting a downer on your hunt, "shooting" one of the most awsome running machines in deep snow just would not be everyones bag.......it certainly would not be mine especially in an area that does not have a good population of Hares to start with.
