    The DWTC Dog Show and Race Day, Sunday 8th May 16. As dawn broke through the trees surrounding our back garden, and the dogs joined the early morning wild life chorus, this litany of nature was telling our household, the day had finally arrived to head to the DWTC Dog show and Race day. After a quick breakfast, with dogs and trailer in tow, we headed off towards the DWTC show and Race day , and finally arrived at the venue at Sandy Heaks Modern Farm, Scarva.     The Sporting Whippet Club NI Dog Show and Race Day Sunday 24th April 16. Sunday the 24th April 16 was the first show of the year for The Sporting Whippet Club NI, at Dumbo Park Racing Stadium, and what a day that was. Dumbo Park provides the unique combination of being interesting, educational, very enjoyable, and a real punters paradise. Although the sun shone all day, it was still a day for warm clothing. It was nice to see such a good turnout of Whippets at this first show of the year. The amount of Whippet pups in the ring this year is just amazing, and all top quality pups.
