dont want to get into any argument with you ,but if the arresting officer is still on the scene ,he has to be the one to de,arrest you .because he was the one that arrested you in the first place if there is no charge .

i know this wont interest you bunny killers ,but this dog GRIT that was started at 3 months old ,when he was 2years old he caught 14 wild fallow in one night single handed pre ban .how many dogs do you hear of that has even come close to half that ,not many .

if you dont want to use a brief ,then write to the police complaints dept ,you can get a leaflet from the police station ,and some one will come and see you ,then just ask them to get the arresting officers note book for you to see ,and if it is not in order ,then let them continue with the complaint about not being de,arrested ,and being arrested for no reason ,they will get the same result as a brief ,like i said it realy will piss them of . and you wont have to part with any money .

that is why the custody officer would not take you into custody ,they had nothing on you and he knew it ,other wise they would have held you and looked into things ,to see if any one had seen some one actualy poaching or commiting a crime along those lines ,then let you out with or with out a charge to come back at a later date to find out the out come ,.with a good brief you got them by the balls .the thing to remember is the police have not got a clue about the law on hunting ,but like they tell us ignorance is not a excuse .they should learn all about it if they intend to enforce it .

then just hope his note book dont say any different ,dont let you solicitor mention any thing about de,arrest untill you have seen it ,just ask to see the note book of the arresting officer .and go from there,and hope your solicitor is up to his job ,and dont try to fob you of with some lame excuse not to proseed .

if not and you was not charged ,you are still under arrest and should not be walking the streets ,you can get them in a lot of shit over this ,if you want to play them at their own game ,plus do them for wrongfull arrest .if you do take action ,you will find that they wont jump the gun so quick next time . i didnt hear the custody officer de arrest me come to think of it,, i might take it a bit futher, i think i will go and see a solicitor on monday, i really hadnt been poaching or anything, and i havent done anything wrong, so i think they made a wrongfull arrest. i have just had a pho

whin ,if grey hounds were that good ,we would not be using them just for crossing we would all be running them ,so it just goes to show they are not ,they only put speed into a dog ,you have seen a lot according to you ,i sujest you take more notice in the future .and we dont use run of the mill pets to x with .

it works like this ,if you put a old goat on a rough mountain full of rocks and boulders to live after being looked after in a shed all its life it wont get about that well ,but if it was born on the same mountain and knew nothing different it would have learned to cope ,that is the difference with a dog that is out all the time ,never mind what the ground is like ,to one that is keept in a kennel and only taken out when the ground suits .

not got problems with pads but will have if run on hard ground and stubbed toes and all that comes with it what type dogs you run like to not get the problem most other peoples dogs get with hard ground i take them out from pups on all sorts of ground ,its like starting a child with out shoes ,their feet harden up and they get used to it ,just look at the people in places like africa .they can walk and run all day long with out any problem .they even got top long distance marathon runners that compet all over the world with out foot wear .my dogs do get some knocks and bumps on their fe

nothing wrong with hard ground ,its the type of dog thats the problem ,and not working them enough to toughen the pads up .

,please keep a look out for a 28inch light brindle dog about 90lb in weight 11month old dog answers to the name flint ,he looks like a alsationxwolf he belongs to a friend of mine ,he got out of their garden yesterday afternoon .he is a very distintive looking dog ,his tail curls up over his back ,any info leading to his recovery will be well rewarded .

your right mate. i cant get him to the weight i would like, no matter how much i change his diet or up his exercise.i just think he one of them dogs and that maybe is his ideal weight. hes very fit anyway and has good stamina so that's all that matters. thanks for the comments lads i think he meant you not the dog .

dan there is always some one on here that will disagree ,as you can see by the reply to my post about using the alsation bitch for the mother .even when we found this out years ago and have used the bitch as the base and just a dog grey or whippet for the speed nothing more .all our matings ,or pups aquired have been this way bred because of the difference it makes .but keep it to your self DONT TELL ANY ONE

good point unfit but if the farmer used dogs to catch and kill them would they be done for illeagal coursing what about this ,if the farmer was to allow some thing to get into a river or stream ,and it polluted it ,and it killed all the fish ,he would get done by the EA ,and would have to pay a big fine and all the cost ,so what is the difference ,none.but he can get away with admiting to killing hares in big numbers ,that were protected because they say they were in decline . Farmers, in the areas mentioned ,are having hares shot to discourage illegal coursing . i am sorry, I don't see

good x ,if you get a good one ,try and have the alsation as the mother ,you will get a better dog out of that way bred . ??? why? pups inherit genes from both parents no matter which breed is sire or dam. unless one parent is homozygous-"stamps its type",which is unlikely to show in first cross offspring. only going on experience ,you should try it and see ,just like starting a dog young .you will never know untill you try . like you say it is only unlikely to make a difference ,but it just might .
