My english springer is 14 weeks old now and for some reason if i put a blanket or quilt in her kennel she is sh!ting in there.
Can anyone tell me why and how to stop this.
Find out what treats she likes and get her eating them.then throw 1 treat at a time in the grass so that she hunts for it make sure that she will see the treat you throw.Do this about 5 times.
then throw a sock and give her a treat as soon as she picks it up,I mean as SOON as she picks it up
She might drop it but keep doing that.she will start to pick up and the eventually she will come to you to get the treat.
Let me know how you get on mate.
Is it a pup????????
If so, just play play play loads of fussing and get a sock and throw it about and just have fun with it.
For now anyway.
Get it to sit and stay all the basics.
Just been to the vets and they said he will not survive the day. .
So they had to put him to sleep,I`m gutted as he was a very good ferret.
The vets said he had disstemper and that i have done the wright thing.
HOW CAN I STOP THIS FU*^ING THING FROM GETTING AT MY OTHER FERRETS THEY ARE NICE AND WARM IN THERE HUTCH AND CLEANED EVERY FEW DAYS AND I FEED THEM EVERY DAY.PISSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSED OFF LADS. :wallbash
He is getting stronger slowly i have given him some water and sugar he is trying to eat some of his food.
I am not giving up on him just yet.
If he has dissemper will he get over it?
Thanks for all of your info really apprecite it.
Just been out to see my ferrets and my six month old hob is not eating or drinking and cant even stand.
Can anyone tell me how to get him back to his old self.
Its legal to shoot hares but not to course them ,surely the hare has more chance to get away from the dogs than a gun,it should be the other way round.
It f@£($ me off they are so stupid.
