I have never experienced a jill having babys in a 2 story hutch , but 1 member on here last year pm'd me worried to death as some of the kits had fallen down the ladder to the lower level, , that would be my only worry

The pet shop by me does them for 3 quid for 50 honeybrook farms ok if your ordering lots but the postage is very high for a few
